i now agree with zell and momo. Getting a small house now would cause all members to want to spend money decorating and getting their own rooms. as for now ill still leave it up for vote but we would be better off just saving up.
medium house in Mist are about 30 mil due to lack of space and a new ward just being released, however there are still large house available int the older wards and they cot 56 mil currently
